2.3 Hygiene Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Booties, Gloves & Hoods
• Rash Vests
• Swimwear (unless faulty)
• Wetsuits with removed hygiene liners

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We may adjust prices due to errors, supplier changes, or market fluctuations.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 AUD via EMS (15-25 business days)

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or peak seasons.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• Items are unworn, unwashed with original tags
• You follow our return process
