Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95 AUD)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over $50 AUD)
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Here’s how it works:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Email Body:
- Your full name and contact number
- Order number
- Product name, size/color
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, ship your return to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Booties, Gloves & Hoods
- Rash Vests
- Swimwear (Boardshorts, Springsuits, Steamers) unless faulty
Important: All wetsuits (Peak Wetsuits, Steamers) can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and unused.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you about approval/rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). The process is the same as returns:
- Request an exchange via email
- Return the original item following our instructions
- Once received, we’ll ship your replacement
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
International Returns
For customers outside Australia:
- Return shipping is at your expense
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original shipping costs
- Refunds will be in AUD (exchange rates may apply)
