Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Booties, Gloves & Hoods: Due to personal nature of these items
  • Rash Vests: Worn directly against skin
  • Swimwear (Boardshorts, Springsuits, Steamers): Unless faulty

Note: All wetsuits (Peak Wetsuits, Steamers) can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and unused.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as returns:

Damaged or Faulty Items

International Returns

For customers outside Australia:

  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
